In November 30, 2017 Social-entrepreneurial corporation "Shymkent" held a presentation of the putting into operation the residential building of the multi-storey complex "Astana". Akim of the SKR Zhanseit Tuimebayev took part in the opening ceremony of the residential complex and wished the new settlers prosperity and family comfort.
Complex "Astana" is 4 nine-storey houses in the administrative and business center of the city along Astana avenue. The total project cost was - 2.75 billion tenge. The total area of apartments - 14776.6 sq.m.
To provide affordable housing for residents of South Kazakhstan through the development of a house-building plant, JSC "NC" SEC "Shymkent" attracted an investor - LLP "Оңтүстік құрылыс сервис", whшср invested 1.2 billion tenge in construction. The share of the funds of JSC "NC" SEC "Shymkent" in this project was - 1, 56 billion tenge. The project was launched in 2015. More than 300 people were provided with jobs during the construction.
